Custom Handbag Manufacturer for Brand-Led Development and Production
PU handbag development and manufacturing for brands planning new collections and repeat purchases. We support construction development, patterns, sample approval and bulk production. Minimum order quantities are confirmed for each project.
Custom PU women’s handbags for brand-led OEM and ODM development.
Lettning Ang supports handbag projects from the first product brief through sampling, production coordination and quality workflows. Start with a Tech Pack, sketch, reference bag, material direction or early concept. We use the first discussion to identify what is fixed, what needs review and what the sample must prove before production is considered.

What we develop
Our core focus is PU women’s handbags, including tote bags, shoulder bags, crossbody bags, top-handle bags, clutch bags, wallets and small accessories. Development discussions can also cover travel bags, sports bags and children’s schoolbags where the project brief, material requirements, construction and applicable safety or compliance requirements are reviewed for that product.
We do not treat a broad category label as a complete specification. Capacity, intended use, material finish, structure, straps, hardware, pockets, logo treatment, packaging and target market all need to be made visible in the brief.
Choose the right starting point: OEM or ODM
OEM is suitable when you already have defined inputs such as a Tech Pack, marked-up drawing, dimensions, material swatches, reference sample or branding specification. The work focuses on converting those inputs into a sample and production reference.
ODM is suitable when you have a product direction but need help resolving construction, material, component or practical-use decisions. The objective is still the same: create one clear reference that the buyer and production team can review together.
How the project moves forward
- Brief and feasibility review. We review the intended user, bag type, capacity, dimensions, material direction, hardware, branding and open questions.
- Pattern and sample development. The structure, proportions and key functions are tested in a sample so that visible and functional decisions can be reviewed together.
- Sample approval. The agreed version records the product direction for material, construction, components, branding, labels and packing requirements.
- Production coordination and quality workflows. The approved reference guides checks during incoming-material review, assembly and final inspection.
Read the handbag manufacturing process guide for the buyer decisions behind these stages.
What to send in a first inquiry
- bag type, intended use and target customer;
- reference images, sketch, Tech Pack or an existing sample;
- approximate size, capacity and internal-function needs;
- PU material, colour, hardware and finish direction;
- logo, label, packaging and target-market requirements;
- quantity range and target launch timing, if known; and
- the questions you need the sample to answer.
You do not need every detail final before contacting us. A clear first brief makes it easier to identify what requires a sample decision rather than an assumption.
Use the sample as the production reference
Review the bag as it will actually be used: its proportion, opening, carry method, material feel, hardware operation, pocket layout, logo treatment and packing details. Record changes against the current version. This gives the production team one approved reference instead of scattered messages or competing image references.
For preparation help, review our handbag design-for-manufacturing guide and record each approved sample change against the current version.
Quality questions to agree before production
A useful quality discussion follows the approved sample. Specify which points must be checked: material appearance, measurements, symmetry, construction, strap and handle attachments, hardware function, labels, visible finishing and packing. Project-specific performance, testing, certification, MOQ and lead time should be confirmed against the actual product brief and material selection.
Use the handbag quality inspection checklist to prepare the questions you want documented.
Start with a clearer project conversation
Share the best version of your brief, even when some details are still open. We can help identify the decisions that belong in the first sample and the information needed to move the project forward.

Production Built Around Your Order Plan
We support established brand teams and growing businesses with bulk manufacturing and repeat orders. Quantities, materials, quality requirements and delivery schedules are reviewed together before production is confirmed. Our own workshops in Shiling, Huadu, China, and Cambodia have a combined production capacity of up to 100,000 bags per month. Actual output and delivery schedules depend on product specifications and production planning.
