01.01 What information do you need to prepare a quote?
The most useful starting point is a sketch, reference image, tech pack or existing sample. Please also share your estimated quantity, preferred material, target market and target launch timing if available.
01.02 Can you work from a sketch, reference sample or product idea?
Yes. We can support projects at different stages—from a rough product idea through to a detailed tech pack. Our team reviews the design, construction, materials and feasibility before sampling begins.
01.03 Can you sign an NDA to protect our design?
Contact our team by email or WhatsApp about confidentiality before sending detailed drawings or tech packs. If you require an NDA, raise it in the initial discussion and agree its terms and signing status before sharing confidential files. You can select materials without uploading design files.
From concept to approved sample
MOQ, Sampling & Production
02.01 What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities are confirmed for each project. We review the design, materials, colours, construction and production plan together. Share your actual planned quantities so we can assess feasibility and confirm the order terms.
02.02 How long does it take to make a sample?
A first sample typically takes around 7–15 working days after design details, materials and components are confirmed. More complex structures or custom hardware may require additional development time. Sampling scope and timing are confirmed for each project. Reference-style samples and new-design development may follow different schedules; confirm the starting point and whether days are working or calendar days in your quotation.
02.03 Can I request changes after receiving the first sample?
Yes. Sampling is an approval process. We collect your feedback, revise dimensions, construction, materials or hardware where needed, then proceed with a revised sample before bulk production is approved.
02.04 What is the usual production lead time?
Bulk production commonly takes 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Timing can vary based on order quantity, material lead times and the complexity of your bag design.
02.05 Do you support larger orders and ongoing supply for established brands?
We support established brand teams and growing businesses with bulk manufacturing and repeat orders. Quantities, materials, quality requirements and delivery schedules are reviewed together before production is confirmed. Our own workshops in Shiling, Huadu, China, and Cambodia have a combined production capacity of up to 100,000 bags per month. Actual output and delivery schedules depend on product specifications and production planning. We confirm the minimum order quantity after reviewing your design, materials, colours, construction and production plan. Share your planned quantities per style and colour, along with your delivery requirements.
02.06 Should I choose an existing style or start a custom development project?
For an existing style, send the style number, preferred colours, quantities and any logo request. Availability and order terms are confirmed for that selection. For a new design or changes to construction, materials or hardware, use our OEM/ODM development service. Minimum order quantities are confirmed for each project.

03.01 What materials can you source for custom handbags?
We work with genuine leather, vegan leather, PU, canvas, nylon, recycled materials, lining fabrics, metal hardware, zippers and custom trims. We can recommend options based on your target price, function and market position.
03.02 How do you control product quality?
Quality checks take place throughout material inspection, cutting, stitching, assembly, finishing and packing. Before shipment, we inspect workmanship, measurements, hardware function, appearance and packing condition against the approved sample.
03.03 Can you develop custom hardware, logos and packaging?
Yes. We can support custom logo embossing, metal logos, zipper pullers, branded linings, labels, dust bags, hangtags and packaging. Tooling requirements and lead times will be confirmed during the quotation stage.

04.01 What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are confirmed with each order based on its value and production requirements. In most cases, a deposit is arranged to start production and the balance is completed before shipment.
04.02 Can you arrange international shipping?
Yes. We can help coordinate air freight, sea freight, express delivery or shipping through your nominated forwarder. We will provide packing details and recommended shipping options before dispatch.
04.03 How do I begin a project with your factory?
Send us your design, sample image or starting idea. We will review feasibility, discuss materials and MOQ, then provide clear next steps for sampling and production.

How the digital comparison works
Reference colors are sampled from source images, not licensed numeric Pantone standards. The library compares representative sRGB colors in Lab D65/2° using CIEDE2000. Its own index is clamped between 0 and 100 from 100 − 2 × ΔE00; it is not an industry tolerance or Pantone score. Seasonal results use the unrounded 85 threshold and one best color per material. Scores below digital identity never display 100. Confirm appearance with physical samples.
